Oh! My Jelly!

 Good Evening everyone. So as you already know what this is about because of the tittle, today, Feb. 22 JUMP releases a new single. It is Over The Top, the new opening of an anime. so this single has 5 songs and 2 PV, yes 2 pv. It is quite unusual that jump will have 2 pv of a single. But this time they gave us 2 pv which is quite amazing.  By reading this post, I hope you already heard the songs. But if you haven't anna3751 has a copy and I got my copy from her. You can just ask her. You can also search is hey_say community.

So to remind you all, this is MY PERSONAL thoughts and if we have some kind of disagreement we can feel free to discuss about that matter but i hope we can respect each other's opinion.

1. OVER THE TOP

Since I heard this song first in the anime, it really feels anime openingpoi~ I really can't unsee the anime opening feeling to it.  My first impression of this song is not really good. But the more I listened to it, it becomes better and better. I was also impressed by the choreography of this song. Because the first time I listened to it, I really thought of light choreography going on. I never thought about being just like Fantastic Time. As you can see Fantastic Time was one of the hardest choreo ever.  But when I saw the choreography all I can say is JUMP is becoming mature in their choreo. But I'm not saying it's bad. It's just that I sometimes want a fuwa fuwa song with a fuwa fuwa PV. 
And that makes us go to the 2nd song with the 2nd pv....

2. Funky Time

To be honest, I like this song more than OTT. It feels like a happy-go-lucky song. A song you wanna hear when you are in a good mood or a song that puts you in a good mood, PLUS this has a PV. One of the best PV. It shows the baka, playful and happy-go--lucky side of JUMP which I love or maybe I am just watching too much mature side pvs of jump (Fantastic time, Give me love and Over the Top). Many of my fave OTP is here too. YABUHIKA <3, and YUTOYAMA<3, we can also see more Keito in this PV.  As usual playful Hika is my fave <3.

3. Party!!

This song makes me headbang, really, but not too much. I like the chorus, thinking about it makes me want to closed my room and bring out a disco light and dance until I can't stand. XD I really want to see this song in a live or in their concert.  I want to see the choreography and I also want to shout the HEY! HEY! HEY! part in the song. XD.  The part before the chorus and the chorus reminds me also of the western style parties, like coachella and other parties. It has a party hard vibe. But overall I really love this song. I want to listen this song riding a bus and shout HEY! HEY! HEY! in my mind. LOL. (I know i'm weird)

4.  Vanilla Ice

Ookay, No offence but this is my least favorite in this single. I don't know but it feels like no originality kind of song. I don't really know. And it's the kind of song where the moment I heard the first note I press next instantly. So in every album or single, I usually have a song where I least listen, and I think this is the one in this single. BUT, I hope I will learn to love this song just like Wo I Need YOU.  I also tend to love a song whenever I see jump perform them on a live or concert. Depends on how they perform it.

5. Our Days

A ballad song of JUMP. My fave genre of JUMP songs. Listening to ballad songs of JUMP makes me relax. I actually have a playlist of JUMP ballads songs and that playlist is my fave playlist of all playlist that I have. Whenever I have exams or just reading a book, JUMP ballad songs is on play.PLUS  I want to see this song in a live or concert just like Candle. <3. I also/always love Yamada's part or solos in ballads. The part where you can only hear Yams soothing voice <3. Feels like heaven. <3 This song also reminds me of all what JUMP did to come all the way here. All the hardships they did to become who they are and to achieve up to this day. This song gives flashbacks in my head of all JUMP did up to today and to their coming 10th Anniversary. 

So my final words is that I really like this single except for Vanilla Ice. I'm really sorry for all the fans who like vanilla ice. But I hope I can give love to it soon. My Fave song is Funky time and Our Days.

 I really don't have anything to do yesterday so I subbed the Arashi Best Artist perf. Plus it is the only Arashi video that I have that has no sub.

This is kind of half-assed sub since I don't really care about the talk part at the beginning, the part where they introduced Arashi. Plus the sub is not quite right. I just put some so that it will not leave blank. lol. I just need the lyrics for the songs. sorry. For my karaoke.lol

But if there is someone who is like me who just need the lyrics sub ( if you want to sing while watching the vid.) You are free to download.  The introduction part where they introduce Arashi is not quite right but the lyrics are right (since that is only i want lol.)

So this the part 2 of my How I become a tobikkko rant , which is more or like how I meet Yamada Rosuke. So, if you haven't read it, you can go to my previous post or click here.

So let's continue.

So,after watching Kindaichi Neo, I went back to the chibi Yamada or shall I say Amakusa Ryuu. Yes, it was Detective Academy Q. When i saw Yam in Academy Q my first impression was that he was such a cute Yam but snobbish so I don't really like Yam in Academy Q. Sorry past Yam. I don't really have a lot of impression of Yam in Academy Q, even in the series. Plus I am not a Yamada and Shida MIrai shipper so sorry guys.



After watching Academy Q, I found out that there were 2 Kindaichi special. And this was the time that I found out that Yam was in an idol group. How? well, in Kindaichi - Lost in Kowloon, It was Yam who sang the movie's OST. The first Yamada Solo debut which is Mystery Virgin. So I was intrigued. What kind of person is this Yamada Ryosuke? Who really is Yamada Ryosuke? So that's when I started knowing about HSJ and it's member. I can even still remember the first PV that I watched, and it was Chau#.



And after watching Chau# my whole view of Yamada was changed. At my ichiban was absolutely Yamada and my least fav member was Hikaru. As for Hika, it's just that he wasn't appealing at first sight. But as I grow to know them more. I was totally wrong. VERY WRONG. Hika is in my top 5 now. By the way, Chau# was the fist pv that I saw but Weekender was the one that made a great impact on me and drag me into JE idol hell.



And next to Yam that I get to know  immediately was Chinen. The thing that I easily remember if it is Chinen or not was his lip. It was the shape of his lips that I just can't explain.



So this was how I first meet Jump and become who I am today. I never really regreted that I become a tobikko.

WaaaH!!!!

It looks like I haven't made an introduction post in this livejournal.The truth is that I am already planning on posting my first sub video/ movie but it looks like I still haven't told you anything about myself. So this is what this post is about.

Hi (again) everyone!
I'm Pearl from the Philippines. As I am writing this journal, I am currently in 3rd year college. So please bear with me if this journal is not so active because I am still a student and this is not only things that I do in my life. And I only do subbing when I have free time.

If you read my prevous post. You already know that I am a JE fan. My main fandom is Hey! Say! Jump and I am also starting to enter Arashi fandom. My ichiban in HSJ is Yamada Ryosuke but everytime I see how adorable Dai-chan is it looks like I betray Yamada. But  I just can't resist how adorable Dai-chan is. In Arashi, as of know ( since I am new to Arashi) I really can't decide my ichiban yet. I am torn between Ohno and Sakurai. I really like Sakurai but I just can't leave the dorky Leader so I can't decide yet.

As for my subbing plans. Right now I don't really have one. But I just want to sub some videos that I think is interesting in my point of view. So please don't expect too much. Plus Japanese is not my native language plus I am just a human so don't expect a super/very perfect subs. I also make mistakes.
